DIE LEADER

This is a full-time on-site role for a Die Leader.  The Die Leader will be responsible for overseeing the build processes of cast and trim dies.  The Die Leader will collaborate with a highly skilled team to ensure that projects are complete efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in die design and build processes
• Prototyping, development, and troubleshooting skills
• Tool maintenance and project management skills
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry is a plus

TOOL AND DIE MAKER – TRAINEE

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tool and Die Trainees. We are currently seeking employees who are willing to learn the tool and die trade. The trainees will assist in the development, and maintenance of die cast and trim dies. Trainees will work closely with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience and build their skills in the field. Must be willing and able to show up to work each scheduled day.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding and willingness to learn the skills for tool and die making
• Proficiency in operating machinery and using hand tools
• Ability to read/learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop skills under the guidance of experienced professionals
• Must be able to maintain excellent attendance record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or coursework in related fields is beneficial
